Qualifications:
28 years experience in Environmental Health, formerly standardized as a Michigan Department of Agriculture, Field Trainer, Certified in ServSafe, FDA certified in HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point) application and implementation, Risk Control plan implementation trained, 16 years experience as a food service field inspector and plan review specialist.

Affiliations:
Michigan Environmental Health Association, National Environmental Health Association, and International Association for Food Protection.

Charges for services rendered:
Amount is determined by the scope and estimated duration of services. Terms: As services are rendered, unless other arrangements are agreed upon prior to commencement of service.
